Frends Technology has launched new version of the FRENDS Helium monitoring tool. Version 2.0 introduces new Silence Monitoring feature offering capabilities to create triggers for BizTalk artefacts that are monitoring number of executions. Monitors can be set for each send port, receive location or orchestration within the BizTalk environment. If the set threshold limit value is not reached Silence Surveillance initiates an alert by email and logged to Windows event log. In addition Helium 2.0 provides performance improvements to the features of the previous version.

FRENDS Helium is a web-based tool that ensures quick day-to-day operations by proving fast access to business-critical integration solutions details. The software, which can be installed on BizTalk 2006, 2006 R2 and 2009 environments, identifies all errors that may occur in BizTalk Server installations and is accessible through any browser. With its easy-to-learn user interfaces it provides BizTalk administrators a simple view on integration solution status overview, performance and troubleshooting details on error situations.
