Frends team has recently formulated a written guide to help companies navigate through their integration projects more effectively. The Integration Competency Center - or the ICC for short-is intended for organizations whose integration platforms serve more than one business unit or project. The ICC allows companies to streamline their integration processes by breaking down the necessary tasks, roles and processes involved and listing the best ways to tackle them.
"The ICC can come to good use in companies that recognize flaws in the way current integration projects are handled," says Antti Toivanen, Director of Professional Services at Frends. "We have been able to channel 20 years of acquired expertise into these guidelines," he adds.
On September 24th, Frends will host a webcast that will include detailed information on the ICC and how companies can best implement it. For more information and invitation codes, contact Frends' international operations.
