Frends Technology has published an updated version of the Integration Competency Center (ICC) Management Guide. ICC Management Guide provides a set of throughout instructions to help companies to execute their integration projects more effectively. In this version we presents two agile delivery models for integration projects as well as highlights the importance of testing.

ICC Management Guide 2.0 presents following updates:

• Chapter 2: Illustration of the ICC benefits in numbers
• Chapter 3: More detailed descriptions for ICC roles and responsibilities
  
• Chapter 4: Delivery Models for smaller projects (Artifact Driven Model) and larger scale project (Sprint Model)
  
• Chapter 6: Best practices: Test driven development

"In this version of the Guide, we went deeper into the ICC roles. Many of the refinements of the version 2.0 are results of observations carried through our projects.
