For Frends, the recently concluded year 2010 was marked with new innovations and recognition. For fourth year in a row, the satisfaction among Frends’s customers continued steady rise, while the overall business saw 30 percent boost. Frends team wish to express their warmest thanks to all survey participants for the very invaluable feedback.
In the annual CSAT performance index measuring globally the customer net satisfaction of Microsoft’s partner network companies, Frends scored a remarkably high overall result of 173. According to the customer questionnaires 97 percent of Frends clients are currently satisfied with our products and services.
“2010 was in many ways a very important year for us. Significant revenue growth and the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award were clear indication that our customers as well as the Microsoft partner network in Finland value our work”, says Frends’ CEO Aino-Maija Gerdt.
Frends sets of to the upcoming 2011 with a new product launch and expansion of the service portfolio. In November published acquisition gives Frends’ operation a Nordic angle. “Together with HiQ we are able to expand our offering and provide our customers even more comprehensive services”, Gerdt continues.
