For Frends, the concluded year 2009 provided a positive launching pad to the New Year. Both customer and employee satisfaction continued their steady rise between 2008 and 2009. Frends team thanks all survey participants for the very invaluable feedback.
According to the annual CSAT performance index that globally measures the customer net satisfaction of Microsoft Certified and Gold Certified member companies, Frends earned an impressive overall score of 156. The number, based on customer questionnaires, indicates that 98 percent of Frends clients are currently satisfied with our products and services. This year CSAT survey was for the first time mandatory for all Gold Certified partners.
Satisfaction among Frends personnel also continued a steady rise, climbing yet another two percent last year and building up excitement for a productive 2010.
