Frends Technology has published an updated version of the Integration Competency Center (ICC) Management Guide. ICC Management Guide provides set of throughout instructions to help companies to execute their integration projects more effectively.The new version presents e.g. more detailed graphics to clarify the ICC stages and associated activities as well as the overall activities flow. The updated version also contains ICC Checklist to help keeping track of the ICC implementation within an organization.

"Like ICC itself, the Management Guide is constantly under development. Correspondingly, refinements of the new version are based on direct customer feedback", says Antti Toivanen, Head of Frends' Professional Services.
