Integration Challenges

Fastighetsägarna Service's previous IT solution was outdated and had reached end of life. It was project-specific, lacked standardization, lacked integration possibilities, relied on on-premise systems and was without scalability. Now, with the help of Frends, this has changed.

Flexibility

Fastighetsägarna Service wanted a centralized platform to control, implement and monitor all integrations, for example, bank transactions, file transfers, and APIs. Previously, they had direct integrations between systems, and different lock-ins made it difficult to change suppliers and monitor operations.

With Frends as the integration platform, Fastighetsägarna Service now has the ability to expose suppliers to competition, making it easier to replace them and find the best current solution for their customers' needs.

Troubleshooting

Previously, incidents required contacting multiple suppliers, leading to costly and lengthy troubleshooting with blame being passed around. With Frends, Fastighetsägarna Service can quickly identify the source of errors and directly contact the relevant supplier or check the integration, saving costs in incident resolution.
