For the internationally operating Oras, the integrations of information systems are a particularly vital part of business processes – and their significance has not yet reached its peak.

Information system integrations are a vital factor in the business operations of Oras. In addition to orders, confirmations and invoicing, all the telecommunications between country branches rely on the integrations of different systems: The number and significance of integration keeps increasing. Thanks to the flexible architecture of the processes, we are now able to build integrations whenever necessary. In addition to deploying our new integration platform, we also redefined and updated all of our current integrations.

At the core of the new system, FRENDS combines the incoming and outgoing data transfers into the ERP. FRENDS introduces an element of transparency through monitoring. This type of centralised control was one of the key criteria for the new system: We were quite familiar with FRENDS and decided to deploy its new version as the centralised platform for our integrations. It is efficient and a key part of nearly all of our integrations. We chose FRENDS because they are sincerely interested in working with us and have the necessary in-depth expertise regarding integrations.
