First of all, as an internationally operating company, for Oras it was important to unify various systems from different locations for internal and external purposes.
Secondly, Oras was seeking a long-term partner that would be able to accommodate all needs in a changing business enviornment.
Lastly, the chosen solution was expected to enchance the transparancy of operations and allow monitoring features.
Oras selected Frends and transferred all the previous integrations to the Frends iPaaS platform. For internationally operating Oras, the integrations of information systems are a particularly vital part of business processes – and their significance has not yet reached its peak. At the core of the new system, Frends combines the incoming and outgoing data transfers into the ERP (Enterprise Resourse Planning). Frends has introduced an element of transparency through its monitoring features. This type of centralised control was one of the key criteria for the new system: ORAS deployed frends’ new version as the centralised platform for its integrations, what turned to be the efficient and key part of nearly all of company’s integrations.
