Integration Challenges

First of all, as an internationally operating company, for Oras it was important to unify various systems from different locations for internal and external purposes.

Results

At the core of the new system, Frends combines the incoming and outgoing data transfers into the ERP (Enterprise Resourse Planning). Frends has introduced an element of transparency through its monitoring features. This type of centralised control was one of the key criteria for the new system: ORAS deployed frends’ new version as the centralised platform for its integrations, what turned to be the efficient and key part of nearly all of company’s integrations.
