Muumimaailma Oy), the iconic tourist destination in Finland, inspired by the beloved Moomin stories, announces a strategic technological collaboration with Frends, a leading integration platform, to start a transformative journey to modernize the park's digital operations and visitor experience.

Moominworld will transition all integrations to the Frends platform. This transition will enable the implementation of modern reporting mechanisms, providing valuable insights to optimize and reimagine visitor experience, engagement, and satisfaction. It will also provide a cohesive framework for system integration and developing new visitor-facing services.
