Directly via the "Help" button on the Control Panel, users can now engage with our AI chatbot aka. “frends Bot” and seek immediate assistance or answers. The frends Bot is designed to be a first point of contact for users seeking information. Rather than sifting through documentation or waiting in a queue, users can now get instant answers and guidance.

Feedback and Performance Insights:
The initial response has been insightful. Frends users have actively sought assistance, especially regarding integration development. Notably:
About one-third of these inquiries were effectively addressed by the chatbot with users expressing their satisfaction.
Another third of users did not revisit after their first interaction, suggesting they found the responses satisfactory or sought answers elsewhere.
Some interactions required the expertise of our human support team, underscoring the importance of a balanced AI-human support system.
