Therefore, it is crucial that information moves reliably and efficiently between systems inside the organization and towards partners.
HiQ Finland and ISS have partnered since 2013, and the confidence in HiQ's quality of work and Frends' ability to streamline business processes have strengthened during that time. With the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system upgrade project, ISS is also upgrading its Frends integration environment. The new version features a more streamlined digitalization of business processes. HiQ and Frends experts do integration development work under ISS guidance as part of the overall project.
