Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre (Swedish: "Kulturhuset stadsteatern") was looking for a Nordic integration supplier with fast support and local staff on-site in Stockholm. The other requirement for the platform was that it needed to provide communication between applications. After long research and an implementation period, the choice fell on the integration platform Frends from HiQ.

Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre started collaborating with Frends in September last year. They started first with a demo license to try out the integration platform, and then all staff received basic training in how the service works.
"The training was great, and I am satisfied with the quick support we received from Frends during the development of new integrations. Currently, work is in full swing to develop integrations in Frends that connect our new ticket system with CRM and HR systems. We also plan to integrate our planning system with our digital signage platform via Frends to visualize all our events and their data flexibly," says Alexander Ragge, operations and administration manager at Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre.
