Frends and Efecte Announce New Collaboration

Frends and Efecte Oy have signed an agreement on a Europe-wide tech collaboration that will allow Efecte’s IT service management customers to integrate to virtually any platform, effectively and in real time. The Efecte Integration Service can be accessed either via the Efecte cloud solution or the customer’s own data centre.

Efecte’s IT service management customers will benefit from significantly enhanced data transfer between multiple systems. The frends by HiQ integration platform is a fast, secure and productised approach to integrating third party systems and partner processes to the Efecte Edge service management solution. The new service will offer a cost-effective and responsive method for visualising and monitoring service integration data and process streams.
