AddSecure was founded with roots in Telia and Telenor, initially focusing on critical communications and monitoring of alarm systems. Over the past nine years, the company has undergone a significant transformation journey marked by 24 strategic acquisitions. Integration Challenges

Before partnering with Frends, AddSecure had no central strategy for integration – resulting in point-to-point solutions between individual systems that were often outdated and built ad hoc. With all the new acquisitions AddSecure brings on board, it becomes even more complicated to migrate all the different systems used by the various companies.

“The problem was that there was no clear strategy for integrations. In cases where integrations even existed, they were very local and built in a way that was considered best practice in the past. It was inefficient, complex, and highly dependent on individuals,” says Martin Hult, Director Digital Transformation at AddSecure.
