“We have a long-term approach to our business. Instead of living a month at a time, we focus on long-term anticipation in the market,” explains Jaakko Reunanen, Development Manager at Pintos.
To speed up its continuous development, Pintos realized it would need a modern integration platform that would allow utilizing data in a more advanced and efficient manner. In addition, the automation opportunities were attractive for the future.

Pintos places great importance on its production, manufacturing, and storage capacity to deliver products to customers always on time, for precise individual needs and large scale projects. To gain better control and visibility over each of these processes and business functions, Pintos turned to the Frends Integration Platform.
Pintos has invested in data-driven processes that equip it with the right business insights to reduce lead time: shortening delivery and manufacturing times. As many of the products are manufactured due to customer demand, the automated order and manufacturing processes must run smoothly at all times.

Pintos and Frends started their cooperation in August 2022 with a five-month pilot phase.
