The Raisio Group operates in 12 countries and is known for its innovations, such as its cholesterol-lowering Benecol products. The company is constantly strengthening its competitiveness by streamlining its operations and business processes.
One of the goals that Raisio Group wanted to achive with frends iPaaS was to ensure that data flows would work properly within the company and in a multistakeholder environment, between Raisio and its partners.
Frends allows us to focus on our core activities. Our financial administration, for example, are delighted as they no longer need to carry out manual searches and can focus on getting the real work done instead.

Integration Challenges
Raisio Group’s priority was to adopt a solution that would be able to create a sustainable foundation for all their business activity. Moreover, the solution was to guarantee the smooth flow of data both internally and between Raisio and its partners, as well as to ensure continuous process transparency.

After FRENDS’ platform introduction to Raisio’s office in Finland, the company managed to simplify its business processes and automate work tasks. For example, Raisio's financial administration can now focus on main priorities, when they no longer need to spend time retrieving information manually.
