Fira is an innovative construction service company specializing in delivering premium project solutions. Fira's operations are structured around four core service areas: residential construction, commercial construction, modernization, and pipe renovations. Fira creates environmentally conscious housing and construction solutions that exceed customer expectations and enable them to achieve their objectives.
To improve the maintenance and upkeep of their integration services, as well as to standardize their implementation methods, Fira recognized the need to adopt an iPaaS (integration platform as a service) solution. By incorporating an iPaaS into their business operations, they expected to achieve better process management and maintenance for integrations, increasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Integration Challenges
In order to streamline real-time integrations while keeping costs low and ensuring reliable production and predictable maintenance costs, Fira sought out a top-performing solution on the market. Following an evaluation process in June 2022, Fira ultimately made the decision to partner with Frends iPaaS.
As part of their evaluation process, Fira recognized the user-friendliness of the Frends platform and noted that the learning curve for their internal team to integrate Frends into their operations fully was lower than with other solutions evaluated. This made Frends an attractive choice for the company as they sought to streamline their processes and increase efficiency.
Results
Currently, Fira uses Frends to handle some of the critical dataflows. They especially appreciate the fact that they can build integrations in a way that can be re-used in multiple integration workflows, which accelerates overall development time. Frends also serves as an integration platform for ELT (Export-Load-Transform) workloads and real-time dataflows, such as reporting and source-to-pay processes (S2P).
Fira has experienced seamless cooperation with Frends since the project's inception, with all integrations delivered as planned and necessary fixes implemented effectively.
