This release enables organizations to automate entire business lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring that critical processes, like supply chain orders or employee onboarding, never stall or get lost when they encounter multi-day delays or require human sign-off. With the introduction of LRP, Frends eliminates tool fragmentation and significantly lowers the total cost of ownership (TCO).
The new capability responds to customer demand for a unified approach to complex, multi-day business processes that span systems, require human approvals, and involve asynchronous events.

For years, the IT sector has struggled with "fragmented automation." Traditional integration platforms are built for near-instantaneous data transfers. When a process requires a human approval that takes three days, for example, or an external system that responds asynchronously, the workflow typically "breaks" or must be manually split into multiple, disconnected pieces.
