Frends has been recognized in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Integration Platform as a Service, Worldwide. Gartner recognizes global iPaaS providers based on their Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision in the latest Magic Quadrant report.

Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ is a yearly released research in a specific market that provides a wide-angle view and insights on the state of the market and solution providers. This year’s research “assesses 16 vendors to help software engineering leaders select iPaaS solutions that align with their tactical needs and strategic direction.”

“In our view, Frends has presented itself as a highly responsive, close-to-end-user iPaaS. Our top priorities are customer experience and close collaboration with our clients. Frends iPaaS is firmly positioned in Northern and Western Europe, and our newest market addition is Asia, where on top of Malaysia, we already have seven other countries on the way”, says Jukka Rautio, CEO of Frends.

To keep up with the fast-paced digitalization, companies must adopt a more scalable and user-friendly operational model. Frends iPaaS connects and manages data across multiple channels and increases efficiency with automation, diminishing critical business risks and making new business development agile. Altogether 4000 customers, including St1, Orion, Mehiläinen, Oral, and Tokmanni, have chosen the hybrid integration platform that is quick to deploy, visual, and highly appreciated by developers and decision-makers.

The snowballing Frends has spread to 16 countries, and the number of customers has increased six-fold in 2022. The impressive growth figures speak for themselves: Frends’ annual recurring revenue has increased by 44 percent this year, while delivery growth has increased by 28 percent. Moreover, the personnel increase is 33 percent. By 2025 Frends aims to be the market leader in Scandinavia and the top three integration platforms in Europe.

“We are confident about keeping up the growth pace and tripling our customers yearly. We will continue to build the powerhouse Frends is growing into and capitalize on all the capabilities we have built up in recent years. Frends is simply the most developer-friendly and business-oriented integration platform”, says Rautio.
